Who are the letter subscriptions for?
Whether you have a child and wish to add a little magic and inspiration to their month or are an adult who loves a letter in the mail and learning about incredible people and places we know you will love our letters.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yep we sure do! Anywhere in the world that has an address and a mailbox, we can ship to.

When are the letters sent and how long does it take?
Letters are sent out on the 1st of every month or the next business day. We cannot guarantee shipping times, however endeavor to get them to you as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Can I purchase a previous months letter?
If you weren’t yet subscribed and missed a person, place or animal letter that really interests you. We are working on offering previous letters on our site, sign up for our newsletter and you will be the first to know when that option is available.

What happens if I don't receive my letter?
We send our letters worldwide through Australia Post. While we aim for prompt delivery, occasional delays or mishaps can occur. Please expect your letter within 20 business days of subscribing (30 days for international deliveries). If you haven’t received it by then, kindly drop us an email at info@happyeducatioco.com, and we'll gladly send a replacement your way.
