Refund policy.

Subscription service:

Once payment has been made and letters have been sent by Happy Education Co they are non-refundable.

All subscriptions are set to renew automatically. Your card will be charged and your subscription will resume. If you do not want your subscription to renew, please contact us. Alternately, you can log in to your account and cancel your subscription at any time.

If you mistype your mail address during checkout and we send your letter, you are not entitled to a refund. We will, however, resend your letter to the corrected address as a courtesy.

It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of an email address change or update their address themselves in their customer dashboard.

Upon cancellation of your subscription through the customer dashboard, you will receive a cancellation email notification stating that the account has been canceled. If you have emailed us to cancel the account for you, we will still notify you that the account has been canceled. You can also log into your account and see whether your account is active or canceled. If you are still being charged, you didn’t cancel your account.
